END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing, copying, or otherwise using Cortex7 hereafter referred to as software, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below.

This software is shareware. You are allowed to distribute this software by any means of electronic transfer or physical media.

This software must not be modified in any way.

This software is provided on an AS IS basis. The author disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or the software being able to be used for a particular purpose. The user of the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. Any claims brought against the author can be only for the maximum cost of the total registration fee, if and only if this software has been registered.

In no event shall the author of this software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software, even if the author of this software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
